Voltaback
Reimbursement at actual cost, without operational burden.
Founded by Arnaud Tran (Polytechnique, Stanford) and Adrien Guenard (CentraleSupélec, MIT), and Gautier Artru (late Founder, CPO), Voltaback is a software fleet management platform built on connected vehicle data, with no box or equipment to install. It first made its name with the actual-cost reimbursement of home charging for company electric vehicles: its algorithms reconstruct each charging session, whether the employee lives in a detached house or an apartment building, and produce a compliant receipt using a method validated by Bureau Veritas, covered by a URSSAF advance ruling (rescrit) and patented.
Fleet managers now connect their entire fleet to it, combustion-engine vehicles included, to track the real usage of each vehicle and produce their indicators. Voltaback turns this data into action, from the choice of charging location to eco-driving, with the ambition of becoming the reference platform for business mobility in Europe.
