Amélie Séguret
A graduate from Ecole Polytechnique, Amélie Séguret is a business leader driven by impact, with over ten years of experience accelerating mission-led companies at the crossroads of sustainability and innovation.
In 2025, she joined Serena to put her Impact and Consumer expertise to work for companies reshaping the way we live, buy, and act. She brings with her a rich background as a sparring partner and fractional executive to impact-driven startups and scale-ups — working closely with founders and leadership teams to craft strategic roadmaps, drive execution, and align teams around clear business and impact goals.
Previously, she led strategic development at Le Drive tout nu, France’s first zero-waste supermarket chain, and held executive roles at BlaBlaCar, including VP Marketing and Head of Monetization. She started her career at Carbone 4, France’s leading climate strategy consultancy.
Throughout her journey, Amélie has remained committed to using business as a lever for positive environmental and social transformation.
