Augustin Honorat

A graduate of HEC Paris, Augustin Honorat has held senior leadership positions for nearly 25 years within the Suez and Engie groups. He notably served as Chief Executive Officer of three companies in France and Australia, with revenues ranging from €100 million to €8 billion, across the infrastructure, electricity and gas retail, and renewable energy sectors.

Since 2023, Augustin has been working as a senior advisor to CEOs, supporting them on strategic, business development, and governance matters. He advises a range of organizations in the energy sector, with a particular focus on innovative startups in France and abroad.

Augustin currently serves as an independent board member for several companies in the energy and construction industries. He is a graduate of the “Company Director” certification programs of the Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA) and of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

In addition to his board and advisory roles, Augustin teaches at HEC Paris Executive Education and Sciences Po Paris on governance and finance topics.

In 2025, he started a close collaboration with Serena to work hand-in-hand with portfolio companies tackling critical climate and energy challenges.
