My professional journey began with an international adventure in Vietnam, where I worked within an accelerator supporting foreign SMEs and mid-sized companies.

This experience sparked my interest in the intersection of entrepreneurship, investment, and growth. I later joined an investment bank in Luxembourg, gaining hands-on exposure to Private Equity through close collaboration with PE funds in a Depositary Services role. Venture Capital quickly emerged as a natural next step.

VC fuels the next generation of innovation by bringing together institutional and private investors around ambitious, impactful projects. Contributing to this dynamic ecosystem and helping investors engage with meaningful, forward-looking ventures is exactly what motivates me.

I joined Serena’s Investor Relations team in January 2026, drawn by the firm’s powerful role as a catalyst for change and its ability to back innovative, positive-impact projects. But what truly convinced me was meeting a unique team: passionate, human, and inspiring. My mission is to strengthen capital allocation toward stimulating and innovative projects.

Concretely, this means nurturing existing LP relationships through effective communication and community engagement, while enriching and diversifying Serena’s LP base both geographically and sectorally, particularly around impact, notably through RFP processes.
