Constance Gontier

I first discovered the startup ecosystem as a Data Scientist in the medical field, where I quickly fell in love with the energy, ambition, and creativity of entrepreneurs. Eager to engage more directly with this dynamic environment, I took the leap into venture capital and joined Serena in September 2025.

Before that, I studied Robotics and Data Science at EPFL, and completed my degree with a focus on AI research at Harvard. This mix of engineering and cutting-edge research sparked my curiosity for how technology can shape the future.

I’m passionate about AI, robotics, and climate technologies, and I feel grateful to now have the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with founders who are driving the next wave of innovation.
