I discovered human resources by chance during my studies at a French Business School and never looked back. I’ve worked in HR across Société Générale, AXA, and Cheerz, and meeting amazing people every day is what I love most about this job!

I joined Serena in 2021 to help brilliant entrepreneurs tackle their hiring challenges. Since then, I’ve built our recruiting capability from scratch into a structured offering (25%+ of executive hires now come through Serena, with 40%+ diverse profiles), supporting startups on executive recruitment, RPO, and recruiting training through our Talent Club.

As Talent & Community manager, I also manage the Serena Squad, Europe’s largest VC community with 500+ C-level executives, providing access to an actionable e-library and weekly peer-led workshops that foster knowledge sharing across operational topics like product, recruitment, go-to-market, and responsible company building.

Beyond Serena, I co-founded PALM (Program to Accelerate Leadership and Mixity) with Emilie Benayad, Partner at Serena, and Marie-Capucine Lemetais, Partner at Ring, to promote inclusive leadership within companies.
