Started my career as a Consultant at Cap Gemini Consulting, with a particular propensity for HR in the Telecom sector. Completely passionate with human subjects; switched to operational and general HR functions.

Held various human resources management positions for ten years in the consulting or tech fields: Cap Gemini Consulting, Ingenico Group, Accenture, and Oodrive.

Have been setting up my own structure for over 3 years, and intervening in start-ups and growth SMEs, to help them structure, develop or manage their HR function. My clients are generally stabilizing their HR function and already have a lot of crucial questions to settle!

Comfortable in fast-growing environments where human capital is changing.

Also working in parallel in a “Collective” made up of sociologists, philosophers, coaches, and HR professionals. We are deploying a training program around the achievement of challenges to progress on the 5 key skills referenced by the OECD for success in tomorrow’s world.
