Margaux Gregoir

Margaux joined Serena in 2025 as Partner in the investment team to accelerate the firm’s dedicated strategies with major European corporates. She focuses on innovation that drives structural transformation, from fintech to climate and AI-powered industries.

After beginning her career at Société Générale within the General Inspection department, Margaux joined Luko as Chief Financial Officer during its hypergrowth and international expansion. She then joined Alven to lead investments across Europe and the US, serving on the boards of several international scale-ups.

A Sciences Po and HEC graduate, she is committed to a more inclusive and responsible tech ecosystem through initiatives including Unlock VC and Climate Mosaic.
