Riadh Dridi

Riadh Dridi is a seasoned go-to-market leader with 20+ years of experience driving growth for enterprise software companies across Silicon Valley and global markets.

He currently serves as an Operating Advisor at Serena, following his role as Operating Partner at Stripes, where he supported a portfolio of growth-stage startups on positioning, sales execution, and executive hiring. At Stripes, he also helped shape investment strategy—leading the $37M Series B in Balto.ai and joining its board.

Previously, Riadh was CMO at Automation Anywhere, where he scaled the business beyond $200M in revenue and helped the company capture a 46% share of the cloud RPA market. He co-led a global revamp of the sales playbook, improving GTM efficiency across 18 countries.

Before that, he was CMO at RingCentral, where he drove enterprise and international expansion—supporting its growth past $1B in revenue and strengthening its leadership in cloud communications.

In addition to operational roles, Riadh advises and invests in early-stage startups. He currently serves on the board of Gravite.io, an AI-native customer insights platform, and previously served on BrightTALK’s board until its acquisition by TechTarget.

Riadh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from CPE Lyon (France).
