What convinced us to invest in Acinq was the team and their vision of the bitcoin ecosystem. The cofounders demonstrated a very strong ability to execute meaningful and secure software in order to fit with the market’s requirements. At that time, Lightning protocol was still in beta version. The first transactions were performed on “Test net.”  On the other hand, the demand for bitcoins was booming and scalability was a massive issue. Acinq’s solutions were spot on to fix these problems.
