Jimmy

Jimmy massively decarbonizes industrial process heat based on nuclear fission.

2020 – Paris, France

Jimmy provides competitive, low-carbon process heat for industrials.

Jimmy was created based on two findings : first, industrials struggle to find an alternative source of process heat to replace gas, marking process heat one of the largest GES emitting sectors. Second, nuclear fission produces cheap, zero-carbon heat.

The company builds and operates thermal generators based on nuclear fission, using a proven and intrinsically safe technology (High Temperature Reactor). The first generator will be commissioned in 2026 at a first industrial client’s plant, while the company has already achieved major design, licensing, and industrial milestones.
